Alan G. Cummings, CEO & Co-Founder - Earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1972) and B.A. from University of Connecticut (1969). He is a member of the Connecticut & Vermont Bar. He has managed Seldon since its inception in summer of 2002. He was a principal in Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. for more than twenty years during which time he assisted the company in its development to a recognized international brand.

Christopher Cooper, CSO & Co-Founder –BS, New Mexico State University; MS, University of Washington, physicist and co-founder of Seldon Technologies, Inc.; In 2001 Chris had the concept for a new water purification technology based on the carbon nanotube. Chris is responsible for supervising the intellectual property created by the company.

Roger Kennedy, Co-Founder and Senior Advisor, For decades Roger has been a significant force in the federal government and finance. He was the CFO of the Ford Foundation, Director of the National Park Service during the Clinton administration, and is an author of numerous books and an active advisor to Seldon's management team.

Roger S. Miller, VP of Seldon Technologies, Inc. and President of its Water Division, formerly Director of Nanotechnology Business Development, the Donaldson Company, Inc., General Manager of GE Water, Sr. VP and Gen. Manager of Osmonics filtration and Seperation Group. Roger is responsible for the commercialization of Seldon's water products.

Mark Gogins, CTO, former Director of Advanced Materials R & D at the Donaldson Company, Inc. where he led R&D efforts for this leading international filtration company for over 25 years. Mark is the inventor of over 25 patents, primarily in filtration.

Andrew James, CFO - formerly with the American Dryer Company - CPA / MBA / MST leads business finance, accounting, and information technology functions. Business experience includes mix of public and private companies seeking value accretion through market driven, LEAN operations, professional management and entrepreneurial focus.

Robert Walker and Anne Wexler of Wexler & Walker Public Policy Associates, Bob, Anne and their staff, Dale Snape and Paddy Link, have been important advisors to the company on government funding practices and sources of program monies in Seldon’s technology sectors.

Michael McCurry, former press secretary to President Clinton, advises the company on press relations and public relations strategy.

John Chory, partner, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Door, (Waltham Venture Group Office) counsel to the company on corporate legal matters since 2003.

Steve Peterson, partner, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP has been the company’s patent attorney for the Company’s intellectual property protection since 2003, and has assisted in all intellectual property filed by the company to date.

Sam Maruca, partner, Covington & Burling LLP of Washington, D.C. has been an important advisor to the Company since 2003.

Angela Styles – partner Crowell & Moring, LLP - former Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy within OMB during the first term of President George Bush, is responsible for advising the company on government contract negotiations.

Edward J. Fierko – Ed is the President of EJF Associates, a consulting firm. Mr. Fierko held several management positions over a 23-year career e.g. he was CEO of Ecowater and COO of Osmonics, through the sale to GE and has extensive knowledge of the water filtration industry.

Dr. Richard Czerw – Nanotechlabs, LLC – Richard has partnered with Seldon on the growth of ultra long carbon nanotubes and the creation of threads, yarns and composites. He is a leader in this field in America.

Dr. Alan Thompson – Silverleaf, Inc. – Alan is working with Seldon on novel materials which slowly release silver ions for applications in signature management and biofilm remediation in industrial water applications.

Michael Bilodeau, Director, University of Maine's Pulp and Paper Process Development Center - Nationally renown center for development work in this industry. The Center has been working with Seldon on specific production issues and has a wealth of talent available.

Eli Gonzalez, SFC Delta Force (ret.) – Eli has an extensive network within the US Special Forces community, he has facilitated our access to the most elite elements in Tier One community. Eli is an important advisor to the Company on military requirements for the Company's products.
